I recently purchased a new Genesis G80 Electrified and have been trying to resolve three significant issues with my vehicle. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership, I have not received a resp have been trying to resolve three significant issues with my vehicle. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership, I have not received a response. I have tried to contact the dealer more than five times over the past two weeks, including a detailed email sent to the General Manager, Sales Manager, and my salesperson. My last email, which outlined the specific problems, was sent on Thu 8/7/2025 1:00 PM and has gone unanswered. The issues with my new G80 Electrified are as follows: 1. Body Panel Damage: three significant scuff and paint scratch on the passenger rear side rear quarter panel (lower plastic panel below the chrome line). Text with pictures sent to Fernando DosAmantes on Friday August 1st at 3:39 PM 2. Steering Wheel Scuff Marks: noticeable scuff marks on the leather of the steering wheel at the 6 o'clock position. Unidentified Object Under Vehicle: cannot identify the object but it is hanging from bottom of vehicle at approximately halfway of front driver door. Text with pictures sent to Fernando DosAmantes on Friday August 1st at 3:38 PM While I was very happy with the initial purchase process, the lack of follow-up on these critical issues is incredibly disappointing. This poor level of communication and customer service is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I am hoping the dealership will address these problems promptly. I am a new Genesis owner, and I want to be a satisfied customer. I would appreciate it if the dealership would contact me to schedule a service appointment to resolve these issues. More

We experienced an issue with our GV80 and was promptly attended to when we arrived at the dealership at 7am. The issue was resolved within an hour.
