Awful Communication, poor customer service. If you are shopping online for a car DO NOT bother with them. I inquired about a car over a week ago and they responded once and once I told them I wa If you are shopping online for a car DO NOT bother with them. I inquired about a car over a week ago and they responded once and once I told them I wanted to see a carfax and actual pictures of the vehicle they stopped responding. If you wanna do research and be a smart shopper then they have no time for you. There must have been something wrong with it which they should have told me from the beginning. Emma asked if I was helped adequately by Flavio and I told her no I wasn’t. No response. I sent them about 6-7 emails all together with no responses. They don’t care about their online customers. Why sell to a smart shopper who did their homework and will more likely get a better price when you can sell to a less educated shopper who’s gonna pay more. I will never recommend them or their lousy customer service to anyone. More

By the time I got to the dealership, everything was ready to go, there was no long wait for paperwork or anything.
