I caught BMW in a lie! Purchased two new tires, asked them to put them on the rear of the vehicle, since it is a rear wheel drive car, went to go pick it up and they put th Purchased two new tires, asked them to put them on the rear of the vehicle, since it is a rear wheel drive car, went to go pick it up and they put them on the front. The service tech continued to tell me that in his 17 years experience that the new tires should be in the front and not the back. I didn’t believe them, and asked them to send me in writing where it states that in their training. After two days of them searching for the answer, the service manager called me back and admitted they got it wrong and I was right. These guys are liars and have no idea what they’re talking about , they want their customers to think they know everything and just go away. This is the reason people do not trust car dealerships! Even if it is BMW. xxxx poor. More

We weren't planning on leaving with a vehicle but because was so willing to work with us and do whatever it took to make us a customer we were willing to sit down and see where things would go. We were treating with respect and feel that we got the best possible deal we could ! Florin continued to follow through on ever promise he made to make us happy customers. We will definitely buy a car from here again ! More

My experience with Tom Bush BMW of Orange Park (hereinafter referred to as the "dealer")is probly the most pleasant automobile purchasing experiencing I have had in over 40 years o buying cars. A (hereinafter referred to as the "dealer")is probly the most pleasant automobile purchasing experiencing I have had in over 40 years o buying cars. As soon as I got out of my car, I was greeted by Florin Grunberg in a friendly manner. We discussed my needs and wants and located a car. It was a hot day and as soon as we entered the sales show room, Florin had a bottle of cold water for me. In negotiating the sale, there awas absolutely no pressure. In fact the car had an option (DVD system)that was absolutely useless to me in my situation. Florin and another gentleman, Rick (whose name escapes me), but who I think was in finance, worked with me to locate the exact car without the useless option. With further respect to the negotiations, Florin and Rick were able to put me into a financial arrangement that fit my desired payment schedule. When my wife arrived to sign the paperwork, she wanted a coke. Rick went and found one for her and made her comfortable. Previously, when I purchased a car there would be interminable negotiations and the sales person would leave to see the unseen or otherwise invisible person who would approve or disapprove a deal. That did not happen with this dealer. Everythin was open and "on the table". There were absolutely no problems, hidden costs or impediments to the sale. Everyone involved in this sale acted professionally and courteiously. More
