I'm pleased with the service by Southern Hyundai Chesapeake, especially Justin Champ. He remembered me, spoke to me and walked me through some questions I had about my Santa Fe. I do have a concer Chesapeake, especially Justin Champ. He remembered me, spoke to me and walked me through some questions I had about my Santa Fe. I do have a concern I'd like mention. I needed a ride back to work (Norfolk Naval Station), I was given I believe an Uber to work and was told I'd get a ride back to pick my truck up after work. Unfortunately, after at least two attempts none of the drivers had access to the base. I waited for over an hour at the gate and decided to call a taxi. I paid $37 for the taxi ridge to Southern Hyundai Chesapeake and was told the woman assisting me left for the day. They apologized, but I was not reimbursed. More
