Great experience overall! Coming from a few hours away I was skeptical about the old bait and switch tactics of years gone by in the car industry. The team at Courtesy Buick GMC made everything clear, simple and upfront. When I showed up at the dealership to finalize everything there were no surprises. I was in and out with paperwork and taking delivery before I knew it and back on the road. One of the best purchase and delivery experiences I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. This is true from the salesperson to the finance team. Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience! More

I took my 2022 GMC Sierra there this morning for a washer pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it was leave the vehicle or nothing. If management can't schedule what are they needed for? This is not good customer service and I'm highly disappointed in the cost, amount of hours, and their I don't care about the customer attitude. More
