Came in because I needed a car after my VW engine went. Had the most awesome experience working with Frank Pulsinelli. Very laid back,no pressure experience and friendly, Frank did most of the leg work before I actually came in to test drive, which was a HUGE help.I've already started recommending Germain around the office, when everyone asked "Where'd you go?" :)

I was referred to Frank by a co-worker of mine whom bought cars from him for years. Coming off of a bad used car experience I wanted a reliable make such as Honda and Toyota. I called Frank and asked if he could help me find a car in my price range and make. He was more than helpful and had some cars lined up the following day when I arrived. He was honest about the business and I feel tried to give me the best deal possible. He is definitly someone I plan to buy a car from in the future. Thanks Frank!

It is rare to go back to a dealership to purchase another vehicle, and work with the same salesperson these days. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from the same Salesperson, at the same dealership! Frank Pulsinelli is a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional and makes our car buying experience totally painless. He knows what we are trying to accomplish and gets it done quickly, no messing around!

Frank Pulsinelli - the one stop for all your car needs! Frank listens... Many of them would make you to give what they want to sell - but Frank listens to what you want and services you based on your expectation ! The most important trait that i like in Frank is his friendly smile and most importantly his patience handling your need. I specifically requested Frank to assist me in buying my second car.
