I had to call several times and I was even told, at one point, that Frank was "very busy with other customers" and that I needed to be patient even though I had an inoperable vehicle. Once it received the service it needed, I still did not receive a phone call letting me know it was ready. The only person who communicated with me as promised was Colton in the service department when he actually returned my phone call with an update. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience that could have been easily resolved with communication. More

I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years ( slows my age) but I never had such a positive experience in buying a car. I bought the car over the phone/internet. Katie and Walt Massey were both very kind and t but I never had such a positive experience in buying a car. I bought the car over the phone/internet. Katie and Walt Massey were both very kind and to the point. They told me what they could do and what they couldn’t do. They didn’t try to pull any of the usual old time slick tricks many other dealers use. I didn’t get the old dealer ploy your presence in the dealership helps your negotiating. No it doesn’t , it helps the dealer. The the whole buying process I can not overstate how easy and professional Katie and Walt Massey dealership made the buying process. I wish all dealers would operate like they do. Even though I’m several states away, I will certainly look to Katie and Walt Massey again when I need another vehicle ! Thank you Katie! More
