I started working with Fred in the middle of the week via text and then was able to meet him on Saturday to discuss the vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. He was easy to work with and I didn't text and then was able to meet him on Saturday to discuss the vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. Was greeted when I exited my car. Never felt pressured, only helpful. Fred was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what I was looking for and brought up a demo which fit all of my needs. Had the car detailed while we finished the paperwork and as he introduced me to Mike and Ben in service and parts. Final paperwork review and signing was to the point and again, efficient. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Last item was for Fred to review all the buttons and screens on the car. He was very thorough. Very good experience all around. Very pleased with the deal, the service packages and gifts. I will recommend the dealership and the car! More
