I purchased a 2023 Audi Q3, and while I loved the sleek design and performance, my experience with the dealership and the company has been extremely frustrating. After making the purchase, the company refu design and performance, my experience with the dealership and the company has been extremely frustrating. After making the purchase, the company refused to provide me with a sales contract for 28 days. Upon receipt the dealership had committed fraud adding items to the due bill, adding insurance, even providing different numbers to the DMV allowing them to pocket more. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these problems through direct communication, I was left with no choice but to sue the company, which was ruled in my favor on September 10, 2024. Even after taking legal action, Audi Downtown LA still refuses to pay or take responsibility for their negligence. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience of owning a luxury vehicle has turned into an ongoing battle. I regret having to deal with this lack of accountability and poor customer service, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, especially if you expect them to stand by their word and services. Avoid at all cost, go to Beverly Hills it’s night and day difference. More
