I paid over $51,000 for this car, trusting the dealership’s reputation and assuming that at that price, the vehicle would be in collector-grade condition. What I received was far from that. Within days I noticed: The front headlight is loose and needs the inside wheel fender to be removed to tighten it All four rims have curb rash The front bumper is scratched and poorly touched up The interior has visible rips and bubbling — something you’d never expect on a car with only 17,000 miles This is not acceptable for a luxury dealership, let alone one representing Maserati. The sales representative (Duane Hill) was kind and professional, but the dealership as a whole misrepresented the condition and value of this car. Comparable 2014 GranTurismos in far better shape sell for around $35,000 — meaning I am now underwater by nearly $20,000 on a car I bought less than 90 days ago. I trusted this dealership’s name and reputation, and I expected honesty and transparency, not overpricing and hidden flaws. I am asking Maserati of Troy and Suburban Collection leadership to do the right thing — offer fair compensation or assistance to correct these issues A dealership’s reputation should be built on integrity, not taking advantage of customers who trusted them.
