Benny listened to what I wanted, came up with a few options, took his time to let me know the difference between them all and how they fit what I was asking for. Took me on a couple test drives and wen options, took his time to let me know the difference between them all and how they fit what I was asking for. Took me on a couple test drives and went over all the features and differences between the different models without pressuring me to pick a model or even to buy. Made me feel comfortable with making my own decision instead of feeling manipulated. Benny to the GM who came over and talked to me to finance made the entire process feel easy and made me feel like they genuinely appreciated my business. I will definitely be recommending Westshore Honda, Benny and the entire staff to anyone I know that is interested buying a car. Did do my research and came in with a high opinion of Honda already but now I am a fan of the people at that dealership as well as the manufacturer. More

UPDATE to my 5-star review-Sales portion went smoothly. Post-sale issue: needed a new temp tag until my state could issue plates. Current tag expiring. Finance dept issues temp tags and the manager was unresponsive for days. No follow-up from messages left for her by sales associates. Sales associates tried to help, but to no avail, until one associate put me in touch with a title services rep, Tracy Smith, who saved the day. What started out as a positive experience turned sour.
