I recently traded in my vehicle and purchased another from this dealership, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Before my trade-in, I was assured by Gabriela Rojas that from this dealership, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Before my trade-in, I was assured by Gabriela Rojas that the AC in my new vehicle had been refilled and checked—but it still doesn’t work. On top of that, I had to personally reach out to schedule the windshield calibration, rather than the dealership handling it proactively. I had high expectations based on the persistence and assurances of the sales team, but I feel the vehicle I was sold was not worth my trade-in. Communication and follow-through on promised services were lacking, and it felt like the focus was more on closing the deal than ensuring fairness or quality. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected honesty, quality, and professional service, and unfortunately, this dealership fell far short of those expectations. More
