I Bought a 2021 GMC Canyon at Scranton motors with the very expensive GOLD warranty. When the truck needed a new AC compressor the warranty would only cover half the cost of the Compressor. I dropped t very expensive GOLD warranty. When the truck needed a new AC compressor the warranty would only cover half the cost of the Compressor. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday. It took 2 weeks to get the job completed. Very slow process getting the warranty work completed. Fortunately I had another vehicle for the 2 week AC repair. Hey I guess I’m lucky the warranty company DID cover most of the work. After all the horror stories I hear about them online! Just wish it was done in a more timely manor. More

Drove my truck there with a diagnosed sensor issue from olanders. They said I needed a new sensor. I paid them $1000 to install the new sensor. They called me when the job was done and said now my vehicle olanders. They said I needed a new sensor. I paid them $1000 to install the new sensor. They called me when the job was done and said now my vehicle won’t run. “It just dies” “ and we don’t know why, it doesn’t have any codes.” They want to replace a $1900 part w/o labor. With no guarantee that it will resolve the issue, that happened under their stewardship. Despite the fact that I drove it there, I had to send for a tow truck to get it back. I had it towed to Larry’s a mile down the road. Larry’s diagnosed the problem as a loose water separator at the base of the fuel filter. It had a visible leak. After tightening it back up. It didn’t leak. And the truck ran as expected. The entirety of the 1. Tow 2.Diagnostics 3. Repairs, came to $260.39. That’s quite shocking. That’s why I left a one star review. Actually there was no way to hit next without the one star review. If possible I would have left a no star review. More

I am all done with Scranton. Two trips to get something done and the car is worse. No one listens and do not take care of your problem.
