I made an appointment with A KIA REPRESENTATIVE early Monday for a recall fix. Two c pillar garnish that flew off in the wind due to lack of quality (suprise suprise). I drove 60 miles to the dealer i bo Monday for a recall fix. Two c pillar garnish that flew off in the wind due to lack of quality (suprise suprise). I drove 60 miles to the dealer i bought my car from (where my appt was) to be told they didnt have the parts and I couldn't make another appointment. Service advisor barely spoke English and couldnt explain further into detail why they made my appointment in the first place. They also tried to sell me my car that had hail damage on it repaired before I bought it in the port of Houston. Luckily I do PDR so I could tell their hack job from a mile away. Slimey dealer, BAD service, and abysmal customer service! Also took 6months to get a check from financial for a tow due to the lack of a spare tire in the car. Kia rebrand pretty cool, kia service ETC.... YIKES More

They do not communicate with the customer. Well, I was irritated and upset because I had driven all the way to their location at seven in the morning. Had to pay several toes to get there only Well, I was irritated and upset because I had driven all the way to their location at seven in the morning. Had to pay several toes to get there only to find out they could not service my vehicle. I bought two cars from Kia Of Frisco and every time there was an issue their service department refuses to serve the clients. Very frustrating. More
