My only problem with the Service Dept. is that their estimate sheet showed that I needed an air filter- critical. But, I had them change the air filter a few weeks prior to this visit. They explained a computer glitch, then told me that no one had actually LOOKED at my air filter, the computer just showed a critical service need based on mileage. So, be careful with them when they recommend a service. Be sure to have a human tech verify what mis needed before authorizing More
