In the past during an oil change Button has evaluated my vehicle and advised if my fluids were low, tire wear, condition of brakes, etc. And provided a sheet documenting findings. At my last visit I was pro vehicle and advised if my fluids were low, tire wear, condition of brakes, etc. And provided a sheet documenting findings. At my last visit I was provided nothing. Garrett did not check me out, but after being told my total due and not provided any information I asked the female checking me out if everything was okay with my vehicle. She could only tell me that she thought so. I have serviced my current vehicle and previous vehicle at Button and felt informed about the condition of my vehicle. In fact as a result of their findings have had additional repair done (at Button) because of their evaluation of my vehicle. If this is Button's service now I cannot guarantee I will return. More
