Review is for Rye Subaru Sales - Casey (Sales) , Farid (Sales Person), Garry (Financing and Licensing), and the Sales Manager were great to work with and had a very smooth transaction. My husband and I p (Sales Person), Garry (Financing and Licensing), and the Sales Manager were great to work with and had a very smooth transaction. My husband and I purchased a preowned 2018 Subaru on Dec 31 after our car, a 2010 Subaru, was totaled in a deer versus car accident the previous week. Neither the car or deer survived, but we felt incredibly safe in the Subaru, so we purchased another. We had a slight hiccup at the end of the transaction since it was New Year's Eve, and the dealership was short-staffed and closing early causing a delay with our appointment (planned the day before since we informed them of our time constraints), but they made it right. So far, 3 weeks later, we are very happy with the car and the professional manner in which we were treated. Also want to thank Veronica, for verifying that the cars we were interested in were still available for sale before we rented a car to go look at them (we live in NYC). More
