"Better check a carax before you buy from here!"
Bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from here. Tried trading it at a dealership in PA in December only to find out that there is structural damage to the vehicle. The carfax clearly indicates that NCAM would have known about it. Another check of our paperwork shows that we signed off on being notified of the damage. I can assure you - NOBODY informed us of any structural damage to this vehicle, nor did they show us a carfax. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!! Buyer beware!

Alex was easy to work with. Wasn't too pushy, or intimidating . Things went very smoothly. Provided all info. on car I requested and was honest about the cars history Got me a cheaper finance rate than my credit union. I came a long way from Madison Ohio to buy this vehicle, so Alex made sure that I got the car that day to eliminate the hassle of running back and forth.
All the other employees were courteous as well and were a pleasure to deal with. izzabella rosales,gary gerts and the finance manager (the Steelers fan).
My only minor gripe would be that the car wasn't prepared. No gas on the test drive, the stickers were still in the window after I purchased it. But then again I showed up on a whim. Most of the cars on this lot are very recent model years.

I bought a 2013 VW golf from them this march, and about 1 month after, the front axial went bad. I went to the VW dealer, and was told that the car was in a significant accident, and was minimumly repaired using junk parts to make it just able to run. They showed me all the rust old parts for the entire right front side, and showed me how they repainted the car poorly.
When I purchased the car they showed me a carfax which was clean. Then they asked me to sign a history disclosure form and the financial lady Liz told me it was only in a minor accident and that was why the accident was not reported in the carfax. However, a few month later the accident did show on the carfax and indicated even airbag deployment. They sold me the car before the accident showed up.
I called them about the situation and they paid partially for the front axial charge. The general manager Mike recently contacted me and compensated me for the carfax loss. I am now satisfied with their service.
