Born and raised in Flint Michigan, sold cleaning business in 2005. retired for 2 years and move down to Florida. love fishing & golfing, not very good at either. married for 49 years and have a son and daughter. never knew how much I would like selling cars you meet the best people and it's fun. feel blessed to be able to work for Nick Nicholas Ford. they seem to have a knack for hiring only good people. the thing I'm sure of here is that they always do the right thing.

Took car in for regular service. Came back with a note sayi g leaking shock. Nothing else. Called them back and was told to bring back in. They ordered one shock to replace the leak Came back with a note sayi g leaking shock. Nothing else. Called them back and was told to bring back in. They ordered one shock to replace the leaking one. Set up appt for 9 AM They picked up car at 8:45. The car wasn't ready at 3PM. Service said it wasn't a 9 AM appt but was just a 9AM pickup. Have several texts saying you have an appt at 9AM. 1st time I called was told they were looking into why the shock leaked and it would be ready by the end of the day. Service would call in about 5 minutes. Almost an hour later I called service and was rudely told that my appt was not at 9AM but just pickup was at 9AM. Not very good customer service. More
