Follow up calls were done when promised and I was given a salesman's name who was waiting for me at my appointment time. When you first walk in the door you feel that this is a great place to be, not just to shop but the employees made the atmosphere enjoyable. Mark was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I had the opportunity to speak to other staff members: Tony, Jordan and the Gerneal manager Jerry all super helpful. After speaking with them I felt like they truly cared and put forth effort to make it happen. I didn't feel slighted not one bit. I am beyond grateful for how we were treated and how sincere they were in helping us. Not to mention we had already been turned down at previous dealerships. Also this was our second purchase from this dealership and the first time does not stand a chance to this go around. It just felt genuine and the process for US was quick and easy.
