I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Service Department! My daughter just moved to Medford after graduating from PA school. the 2013 Dart that she has been driving has been in the shop in Nashvi Department! My daughter just moved to Medford after graduating from PA school. the 2013 Dart that she has been driving has been in the shop in Nashville and Mesa for overheating. The real problem was never discovered and fixed and she was left on the road more than once in the dark far from home. When she took it into Lithia Dodge, it was different. They completed a thorough evaluation, even checking the fluid in the reservoire. That is when they discovered that the head gasket was failing! They fixed not only that, but all they other interacting parts. We are so grateful!!!! The car is running like new and we don't have to worry about when it might overheat. Thanks for a great job!
