Waiting that long for an oil change and then not receiving updates on a warranty claim would certainly be frustrating. Warranty approvals and parts verification can sometimes take additional time when the warranty company and manufacturer are reviewing the repair details, but we understand that you should still be kept informed throughout the process. The fact that you’ve had to call multiple times without getting a clear update is not the experience we want for our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
