We appreciated working with Luke. However, it was a struggle getting through the paperwork because it was not explained well. The detailing of the car was unacceptable; we had to do it ourselves later only to find issues that we were not informed of prior to purchase, such as small chips in the windshield, and some kind of nail polish on the upholstery.
