We appreciated working with Luke. However, it was a struggle getting through the paperwork because it was not explained well. The detailing of the car was unacceptable; we had to do it ourselves later only to find issues that we were not informed of prior to purchase, such as small chips in the windshield, and some kind of nail polish on the upholstery. We hope that our future service will be up to what Mercedes known standards used to be. We do appreciate that most concerns were addressed and promised to be resolved. More
