I appreciated him bringing in Sam from finance to explain the details of my trade-in, and then wrapping everything up smoothly with Isaiah in finance. The whole team was supportive, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I would highly recommend them! bought truck in october 2024, purchased 4k exented warranty. truck is now in shop and has been for 2 weeks. warranty company doesnt want to cover work, because truck is modified. dealership failed warranty. truck is now in shop and has been for 2 weeks. warranty company doesnt want to cover work, because truck is modified. dealership failed to list truck as modified to warranty comany up on purchase. dealership does not want to cover for their mistake. The parts are clearly marked in the warranty to be covered, but because of dealership mistake, now i will be out of pocket thousands of dollars. the dealership refuses to make this right. More
