GENE "LYING SACK" INMAN EchoPark Finance Coach. .... Dude straight lied and forced us into buying some PermaPlate protection plains we ABSOLUTLEY did not want. But GENE "LYING SACK" INMAN flat out s .... Dude straight lied and forced us into buying some PermaPlate protection plains we ABSOLUTLEY did not want. But GENE "LYING SACK" INMAN flat out swore up and down we could cancel it after 3 months for a full refund. We were told it was the ONLY way to close the deal. So here we are months later and of course EchoPark does not answer phones after your purchase I have learned. So you have to drive there in-person and of course even then you cannot get a finance employee. From there we were told the plans are not refundable and not sure why we were told that. But email us for a form and maybe PermaPlate can help you. Did that and called PermaPlate just to be told their options are not refundable and not sure why the finance team COACH at EchoPark which happens to be GENE "LYING SACK" INMAN would tell us that and that we need to contact EchoPark. And so the circle of shenanigans continue. I am the last person on earth to write a bloody review I don't even have social media but I hate xx more than anything. And EchoPark has more xx then cars! More

I have called your location via phone and emailed your colleagues DIRECTLY, as well as visited your location and was turned around. I have reached out to PermaPlate via phone and email correspondence. I have spoken to the bank I received the loan from and yet here we are. Now you give me ANOTHER phone number and email to REVIEW what happened. Did you not read my complaint? That is what happened. 10/01/2025 GENE "LYING SACK" INMAN your finance team COACH. Swore to me and my wife that these add-on's that we DID NOT WANT. Could be canceled three months after signing. And that you guys do it ALL the time. And it was the only way we could take the car home. It's was literally the ONLY thing keeping us from signing. But he assumed us and we signed with that in mind @ approximately 11:18pm 10/01/2025. And here we are with your resolution being call another number and here is another email. In the Marine Corps we call this F$%# #^*k games. And all I am asking for is for your company to FULFILL your promise. No more no less and no games.

Well to any and all future customers the lies prevail, here is my response from EchoPark .... ZERO accountability for their swindling, scheming and thieving staff Dear Mr. ........ Thank you for reaching out and for taking the time to share your concerns. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced while trying to cancel your PermaPlate products. I understand your concerns regarding the expectations that were set during your vehicle purchase, and EchoPark appreciate the opportunity to review your account. After carefully reviewing your purchase documents, we would like to clarify which products are eligible for cancellation. The Vehicle Theft Protection and Catalytic Converter Theft Protection products you purchased are non-cancelable. These products become effective at the time of sale, and once the purchase has been completed, they are not eligible for cancellation. Additionally, the Appearance Protection provided through PermaPlate is applied to all our vehicles prior to being offered for sale. Because this protection has already been applied to the vehicle before purchase, it is also not eligible for cancellation. The only products included in your purchase that are eligible for cancellation are: The Vehicle Service Contract (Extended Warranty) through Fidelity Warranty Services. The Paintless Dent Repair coverage through PermaPlate. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, especially given your concerns about the information provided during the sales process. Our goal is to provide clarity regarding the terms of the products that were purchased and their cancellation eligibility. If you have any questions about your coverage or would like assistance with canceling either of the eligible products, please let us know.
