The dealership had the 2019 Subaru Legacy waiting for me when I arrived there. I contacted the dealer and told them that I was driving from Havelock, NC. They told me exactly where the car was located. The when I arrived there. I contacted the dealer and told them that I was driving from Havelock, NC. They told me exactly where the car was located. The salesman showed me the car and explain the features that it had. I committed to buying the vehicle. They took care of all the paperwork. I was able to add the vehicle to my insurance. I was given a temporary license plate. My permanent license plate came into the dealer and I was able to pick it up. Everything went well. I recommend this establishment. More

The salesman, Gene, did not like my initial offer. He suggested I couldn't afford the car and dismissed me. I was ready to negotiate and purchase. They back their service, parts, and reputation Purchased used CPO 2018 WRX. It apparently was modded, the sales reps had no clue so neither did I. A month after owning it a CEL came on and the crui Purchased used CPO 2018 WRX. It apparently was modded, the sales reps had no clue so neither did I. A month after owning it a CEL came on and the cruise control was disabled. Turns out it just needed an update in the computer for a known bug with that year WRX. When attempting to patch and update the software, they realized the car had been tuned and chipped, and were unable to install the update because the previous owner had unmarried the tuning port with the stock computer....ergo I needed a new computer. They cleared the light to the best of their ability, bought a new computer without hassling me. My tech Matt Wright saw the condition my mixmatched tires were in and was so dissatisfied with their condition, he and my service advisor Mario requested that management give me all new tires because it looked bad that the company sold a car like that. Management gave me 4 new tires, alignment, oil change, and ordered a new computer all free of charge to keep me happy with my first Subaru. I've been in the car business, and Southern States Subaru cares about your experience with your Subaru and the quality of their work more than anyone.
