Horrible.
They day after I purchased my try, the air conditioning didn’t work, they said I bought it with no warranty so they aren’t obligated to help me out.

They did everything to make the sale, but nothing to help the customer after.
Very bad business ethics to do something like that

Unfortunately that vehicle that you purchased was sold in As-Is condition, as is means the dealership does not make any repairs. This was made clear to you at the time of purchase. You signed multiple forms acknowledging that the vehicle was being purchased As-Is. Than you act shocked that As-Is means As-Is. I completely understand as is means no warranty, I totally got that part. No one was trying to get over on anyone.
I’m just shocked that a car dealer would sell a vehicle in “perfect working order” that breaks on the ride home and wouldn’t try and make it right. At least to try and uphold their reputation.

We would never represent a 10 year old car with 97000 miles as in perfect working order. Vehicles that old with that many miles have issues, that’s why they are sold As-Is.

When I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed the VIN was wrong. I reached out to the salesman, Kevin, who informed me that they do not have the correct bill of sale and that I must wait for the title. Currently, I am still waiting and have been denied a refund, even though the car remains at their dealership. Essentially, I have paid $25,000 and am still waiting for my car.

What paperwork its wrong Vin number on it so I can not sign with wrong Vin number. Its against the low to give me a Vin number I never bought and when I bring that to you attention you said you can not give me bill of sales because you Dont have it for the vehicle I have purchased you will
Only give me titles when its available… so that means vehicle was not ready to be sold and you cashed my check. If I would have checked the Vin the day you took my check I would have never give you the check but I find out after I went to my insurance I never thought you would do that.
