I have concerns about a quote to replace my water pump. I was told it was leaking and needs to be replaced at a cost of +$600. Had an appointment for general service, oil change etc on my 2023 Highlander plus completing equipment for a factory recall for 10:00 am This was wet up at time of scheduled appointment, and was assured t my 2023 Highlander plus completing equipment for a factory recall for 10:00 am This was wet up at time of scheduled appointment, and was assured that the parts for the recall would be completed. The Dealer did take us to the mall to wait on the car. However, when I checked if the car was ready by 3:00 pm, I was informed that not all parts were available for the recall. I live 63 miles away from the dealership. Not only did I waste an entire day, I will have to reschedule in order to install the parts of the recall. TOTALLY, Unacceptable. More
