Sold a car that did not run the minute it got off the delivery truck. They had a transport company that couldnt take it off the bed and scratched the whole bottom of the bumper. Will never work with this dealer or ownership again. Though our sales associate was the kindest and did his best to resolve the issues and felt badly it was the management that is horrid to even try. to work with. That what you get for working with kids who have a tiktok dealership. More

The 2021 BMW that I purchased was not what was represented to me by them. The car was represented as a “clean, no issues“ vehicle. Within 30 days of purchasing the car, I took it to BMW for severa represented to me by them. The car was represented as a “clean, no issues“ vehicle. Within 30 days of purchasing the car, I took it to BMW for several system malfunctions, the repair estimate was approximately $4,500 and that the vehicle would not pass state inspection. I learned that J &S Autohaus knew the vehicle was damaged and they didn’t disclose that to me. They agreed to pay for a couple of the items. The big outstanding issue that I discovered through a previous BMW service record is that the vehicle suffered water damage which has caused rusting under both front seats, one of which is inoperable. I presented J &S Autohaus with a BMW service report and they maintain that they know nothing about it nor are they willing to fully address the issue. More
