Update: I am please to say that BMW did reach out to me and was very gracious to make the repairs on my car brakes. I want to thank them for replacing the brakes and setting me up with a loaner. They were and was very gracious to make the repairs on my car brakes. I want to thank them for replacing the brakes and setting me up with a loaner. They were very kind and completed the repairs quickly. I appreciate the manager who called me and made everything right. I'm happy to say that I will continue to patronize BMW of Fort Washington.
