Your AI assistant that answers the phone sucks. She set an appointment for 10 AM on Monday. When I arrived no appointment was noted, had to come back the next day, not happy. Worst experience I’ve had there! ! I went in for scheduled routine maintenance. When I went to pick up my car I was given keys to someone else’s car. The guy in the shop assured me ! I went in for scheduled routine maintenance. When I went to pick up my car I was given keys to someone else’s car. The guy in the shop assured me these were my keys. I assured him they were not my keys. He checked his desk and found my keys. No apology at all. Additionally, no one from maintenance reviewed my invoice with me. I went to pay my bill and saw two charges listed as “other”. I went back to maintenance and I asked the maintenance guy to explain what the “other” charges were he stumbled and finally came up with what they were. I told him they need to be specific on their invoices. Additionally, on my invoice, it showed all four tires listed as “caution for wear” yet nothing was verbally stated to me about this. Do I need new tires now or sometime soon???? This would have been a good opportunity for them to discuss this with me. I paid my bill and left only to find my drivers seat was back as far as it could go squashing two small boxes on the floor in the back ( I’m 5’4” and never have the drivers seat back this far or I wouldn’t be able to reach the pedals), the radio was blasting and the drivers armrest had grease or oil on it. I went back in and spoke to the maintenance manager, Mr. Walker, about all of this. He listened and apologized but did not offer to even wipe down the armrest. I am 71 and take very good care of my Camery. It only has 40,000 miles on it and has always been garage kept. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service here and will likely find another Toyota dealer for all of my future needs. If you want to keep your customers treat people better!!!! More
