Although Porsche Atlanta Northwest was not a client, I want to provide a fair honest opinion about this dealership. I’ve owned multiple Porsches. The only way to describe this dealership is that it’s top shelf and the employees which I dealt with are honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. I can honestly say that this dealership is probably the best owned and managed dealership I’ve ever seen. If you want an extraordinary experience in buying a Porsche, look no further. I personally dealt with Gerry Martel, the sales manager and Brian Spaner, a Porsche brand ambassador. I inquired about a new vehicle online with Gerry and he called me in less than 10 minutes and we pretty much had a deal within a few minutes after evaluating the Porsche I traded in. Gerry made absolutely sure that I was satisfied with the deal. He then asked Brian to assist him in working through the details. The deal Gerry put together was amazing and the end result was perfect. It didn’t stop there. Since I was adding some extras, Brian and Gerry kept calling and texting frequently to keep me updated as to when the car would be shipped to Florida. Additionally, several other employees also kept me advised as to the status of the extras and shipping. Simply put, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Juan is a very special person, professional, knowledgeable, he went above and beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. Communications were superb.. I flew in from Dallas to pick the car up then drive back home.. When I arrived at the dealership greeted me and made me feel like i was their most important customer. I have bought other Porsches over the years. from dealerships in Texas. They do not come anywhere close to Porsche Atlanta Northwest. Rick in the finance department, great experience.. All the paperwork was ready to go, took all of 15 minutes. Would like to thank everyone at Porsche Atlanta Northwest. For making this a great experience. The sales staff (Avery) was a pleasure to work with, driven, energetic, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and enjoyable. “Sales staff” doesn’t feel like the right word here; a better description would be product enthusiast. Finance (Destiny) handled everything with ease, professionalism, and an energy that kept the process stress-free. The front desk team, sadly I don’t have their names, which is a shame, served as the entry point to the brand experience. Each interaction set the right tone, proving that even the smallest touch points can make a big difference. My first interaction with Porsche Atlanta Northwest was through them, and it left a lasting impression. Equally important, the leadership team was visible and engaged, not just supporting their staff, but actively connecting with clients. It makes you feel like you have an advocate throughout the process. And yes, in reality, this is all part of closing a deal. But people don’t remember job titles or exactly what was said; they remember how you made them feel. That kind of presence speaks volumes about the culture they’ve built. I left the experience feeling completely confident and genuinely appreciated, not pressured in any way, and with zero regret. As someone who works in brand and admits to being particularly particular, the biggest compliment I can give is that this experience turned me into a true brand enthusiast.
