Unsatisfied with the work, my steering wheel shakes a lot when I get on the freeway, which it never did before.. when I picked up my car I was not given any appt of the work nothing was said about what they when I get on the freeway, which it never did before.. when I picked up my car I was not given any appt of the work nothing was said about what they did to my car, but they requested the payment on the spot.. I was told that my car needed 4 things done when I left my car n my total would be 1,583.. but my car has an annoying noise that it did not have before… I’m going to go back and demand to speak to someone and get some information in regards to what it was done… I ended getting the paperwork emailed to me.. I needed some one to explain what it was done n what may need later on More

I went to Precision Honda, My Service advisor was Ernesto Vera Cabrera I had an appointment for oil change and he also helped me with another issue with my car, he was polite and very helpful. When service was across the street as soon as I pulled up someone came out and tagged my car asked who my advisor was and quickly my person would come out for my scheduled appointment. I waited about 5 minut someone came out and tagged my car asked who my advisor was and quickly my person would come out for my scheduled appointment. I waited about 5 minutes here at Precision for someone to finally come out for scheduled appointment. It was a noon appointment for only oil change, I asked could I have the car by 2pm and was told techs were at lunch he wasn't sure!! I asked why is a noon appointment available then if tachs are at lunch? Answer then changed to Oh half techs are on lunch while other half are working but can't promise 2pm. Didn't sit well with me. Therefore average start to my service! And my service person left and I didn't recognize any of advisors and I have been bringing car to you since I bought it from you! If 'new' place means less service I will be changing More
