Rob took the time to listen to what I actually needed, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into a decision. Their knowledge, patience, and professionalism were outstanding. What really stood out was how far they were willing to go to make sure everything was perfect — , explaining all the options clearly, to making the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. They handled every detail with care and transparency, and even followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied. I wasn't able to pick up the car the same day, but they went out of their way to pick me up at the train station and spent a couple of hours going over the car.
