As one who has always been intimidated by the car-buying process (because I'm not good at it), I had a wonderful experience. My salesman was knowledgeable and understanding...and, even more, at no point did process (because I'm not good at it), I had a wonderful experience. My salesman was knowledgeable and understanding...and, even more, at no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of -- like when the salespeople at other dealerships make you stew in their cubicle as they go and "check with the manager" -- there were none of those sort of games. Our deal was honest, fair, and straightforward. Will definitely return for future purchases! More
