This review is not about the car I bought but about being treated with honor and respect. After a few weeks of looking for a used car for our college student our very last stop and thought was to go to Lenoir City Ford but that is what we did. We met Cecil Ball who truly listened to our needs and concerns and after some effort we purchased a used car that was in good shape and a good price. But the more impactful story is the fact that a day after we purchased the car a small issue was discovered. I called Cecil who immediately arranged for us to bring it in and be serviced. It turned out that although the problem was minor and somewhat superfluous it was costly to repair. But that is exactly what Glenn the General Manager authorized to be done! I don’t think you could find a better dealership to work with. From walking in the door and being greeted by Karen, to being treated well by an honest salesman like Cecil to resolving issues if any with a General Manager like Glenn, it doesn’t get better than this. Thank you Lenoir City Ford! More
