Gonzalo was a very professional and enjoyable sales rep to purchase a vehicle with. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough over the course of 2 days. I also had a very good experience with the sales to purchase a vehicle with. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough over the course of 2 days. I also had a very good experience with the sales manager and the finance manager in a simple purchase and trade-in scenario. The experience was as good or better than my prior experiences over 4 decades with Audi, Mercedes and Acura dealers. More
