Our salesman Grant was great. The rest of the experience was lies. Had to go back a second day to find a car that I could get and found one with everything on it. Was showed pictures and promised that it had a sunroof which was my main want. The website showed a sunroof and Curtis(Sales Manager)said yeah it has everything showed and it will get delivered in a few hours cause the delivery truck was about an hour away. We had to come back a third day cause we were told the vehicle will be there and they would do their inspections and we showed up to no vehicle, no phone call saying sorry there was a delay. We live 30 minutes away and had to leave work early two of those days cause of their no communication skills. We did paperwork with Curtis and the finance guy because our salesman wasn't there that day. They said we will deliver the vehicle to you all ready to go. So they did deliver it to me 30 minutes from them and Grant was amazing with everything. I got in the vehicle and looked and no sunroof. Tried calling and got a few little run arounds and they said what can we do to fix this. Now we are days after the fact of them saying we will fix this situation they lied about with more lies and no results. The main person in all this is Curtis who really needs to learn IPC skills and not be full of lies and broken promises. More

Bought a Chevrolet Traverse from Grant Gleckler at John Holt Chevrolet, It was an easy going and friendly atmosphere. The vehicle was a used 2023 with low miles and it looks like a Brand New car. The guy Holt Chevrolet, It was an easy going and friendly atmosphere. The vehicle was a used 2023 with low miles and it looks like a Brand New car. The guys were wonderful to work with. Michael Flynn took care of the paperwork and got me a lower interest rate than I had pre arranged with my bank. Thank you so much.
