Grant McKay was super. I have had a problem with ignition for over 2 years. The staff in service worked tirelessly to diagnose and repair the issue. they even dealt with I have had a problem with ignition for over 2 years. Service booking agent provided inaccurate information regarding loaners. Luxury vehicle with 20K miles incurred a $2,000 repair that was not accident related. Your service is very poor. The guy at the front desk told me my car would be fixed in two days, but I only got it back after 11 days. Every day when I asked, he just said, “Come tomorrow.” He was extremely lazy, and they didn’t even start fixing the car until the last day when I confronted them. The problem was only with the AC, yet it took this long. I’m very disappointed. More

I appreciate to be taken in as a walk in. I came in for prepaid oil change. (Diesel truck) Employees were supper friendly and the manager was super helpful. There was one and only thing that I came in for prepaid oil change. (Diesel truck) Employees were supper friendly and the manager was super helpful. There was one and only thing that surprised me, the price on one basic service that is optional for the diesel engine this time of year. The price was shocking on removing and replacing the fuel filter. That is not the additional service I chose to do. In the commercial world, commercial filter (part) is fairly cheap and I am very well aware of the prices. I think they have to work on breaking down the costs for the customers to make it bit more customer friendly. Book hours and realistic hours matter when it comes to running successful business long term. Next time I'm sure it will be 5 start review. Overall, wonderful dealership, friendly employees, very clean inside and out dealership, keep up doing a great job. Thank you. More
