Don was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We found the car online and went in knowing exactly what wanted, he was helpful and knowledgeable in showing us the vehicle and getting us thru with. He made sure everything was functioning and Don even filled our gas tank up entirely before we picked up to take it home because he knew we had a little further of a drive, which was not necessary but so appreciated! We love our new Pacifica, it’s the perfect family vehicle for us! More

The Jim White dealership, and our sales specialist Pam were absolutely fantastic. To be quite honest we had originally intended to purchase a vehicle, weren’t ready for it at the time (had not unlocked c were absolutely fantastic. To be quite honest we had originally intended to purchase a vehicle, weren’t ready for it at the time (had not unlocked credit report for the day that required the financing!), and wound up, leaving, thinking that that was the end of it… An unexpected turn of events required us to return a couple days later unannounced, without an appointment, and literally at a moments notice, Pam was back at our side, and helped us immediately, well past the end of closing on a day that we essentially had not told her we would return to meet with her. Usually in situations in which we we show up unannounced with unexpected requirements, we are met with unsure behavior and delayed responsiveness from a business… This was not the case at Jim White…. Pam, as well as the rest of the staff acted as if we were the most important people in the room, helped us immediately and thoroughly, and we walked away… excuse me… drove away quite happy with our new vehicle, as well as quite happy to send future customers to this dealership…. i’ll be honest, these days in a post-Covid world, it is becoming less and less common to receive that type of treatment even when making a large purchase like a new vehicle for our ever growing family fleet… In a way maybe that’s a good thing because it makes Jim White, and Pam especially, stand out that much more. Forgive me for sounding like an advertisement for (great!) customer service, lol, but, “I call them as I see them,” as my father likes to say, and when I saw this email giving me a chance to write a brief note about our visits, it was the least I could do to show my gratitude for our exceptional experience with this local business. Everyone should feel this way, especially after making a large and important purchasing decision…still smiling right now as I type this ;-), thank you Pam and thank you Jim White, you haven’t seen the last of the Fowler / Anderson family! More

With Cara’s prompt email response and connecting me to Sales Rep Pam Lugari, who was pleasant and no-n dealer to ask if vehicle was still available.
