I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation.. I normally do not give bad reviews but I feel that the employees were put in a bad position by management.. after driving 25 miles for my rotation.. I normally do not give bad reviews but I feel that the employees were put in a bad position by management.. after driving 25 miles for my appointment I was told that they we're running behind. I was not the only customer that was stuck there for more than 2 hours.. from the sounds of it this is a common occurrence. To me this is not a good business practice. There were at least two other customers that were not happy with the time it took to receive their oil change. More
