I felt communication could have been better. The advisor said she would personally call me and she never did. The manager came to talk to me but I dont think he really understood why I wasn't ha The advisor said she would personally call me and she never did. You either have to find your own ride or pay to rent a car and then they take their time. They had my car for 3 days so that would have been $100 for a simple repair ( that should have been noticed 5 days prior)and an oil change. More
