I've bought all my cars at Hendrick Toyota and have never had a problem. Now I bought a 2025 Tacoma TRD, and it came with electrical issues, and the shop always tries to avoid responsibility. I don't feel an had a problem. Now I bought a 2025 Tacoma TRD, and it came with electrical issues, and the shop always tries to avoid responsibility. I don't feel any support from the manager or the dealership. I've asked for help several times; they've kept me there all day, and they've never resolved the issue. I told them to compare the problem with another Tacoma to verify the difference. The manager came with me today and confirmed my information that there was indeed a problem. He told me he was going to bring the truck back into the shop and they would let me know. Turns out, 45 minutes later, they haven't fixed anything, and no one answers. More
