The day before we were to return home from our road trip to Port Orange, FL we experienced trouble with our 2019 Honda Odyssey. It occurred on a Friday night and we (wife and two small children) needed to be out of the Airbnb by Saturday morning 10:00 AM and back home by Tuesday. We had limited options with repair facilities and decided on the nearest dealership, Gary Yeomans Honda in Daytona Beach. After towing the vehicle to the dealership the next day, I told them my situation and asked for a loaner vehicle to get my family to the dealership. The service writer said he can’t do loaners on a Saturday. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told the problem was the fuel pump and high pressure fuel pump (this was originally fixed as a recall back in ’21). The cost was going to be $2,800 dollars. Again, I told them about my situation and that is an astronomically high price. The best they could do is give me $200 dollars worth of coupons. I called my mechanic back home and he told me that it is way too much money. Even the dealership close to home said that is on the high end. Again I spoke with the service writer and she said that is the best price she could do. Being that I needed to be home by Wednesday I approved the repair. My final cost was $2,600. It’s disappointing to be taken advantage of when in a dire situation while on vacation with your family. To be charged 100% over MSRP for parts is outrageous. More

From the moment I walked in the door and outlined my reason and financial climate, he was pleasant! He didn't show any negative faces or share any negative words! He was optimistic and even when I became overly frustrated (to tears), he was a kind voice and a distracting conversation. Honestly, I will probably find Nick when I'm ready to replace this car! I truly appreciate him advocating for me and keeping me calm during the process. I don't feel scammed or taken advantage of and that's rare in car sales! Thanks Nick! Today was stressful and nerve wrecking but you helped me not focus on all the bad! More

Matthew Russell drove all the way to Georgia to find my new CR-V! He even sent me a screenshot of him posing with the vehicle, it was amazing!
