Lou Sobh has been taking great care of our 2011 Honda CRV since 2016. Even at 180K miles, we feel confident about it mechanically. Lou Sobh is not convenient to where I live. ....it does not matter. The level of service I receive from the incredible service department is well worth the extra miles and time. Heather Cullen offers nothing but exceptional service. Communication is top notch, transparency, and I get a level of trust that I have never achieved with any other dealership. I usually have to get a loaner car, and there are never any issues with this. Murtha always has all the bases covered and getting my loaner is usually as simple as getting the keys-turning in the keys. I will probably be buying a new car in the next 12 months, and Lou Sobh has convinced me to stay with HONDA. OUTSTANDING JOB! More
