What I thought was starting as a great experience ended up being a nightmare. I bought a “certified pre own on August 29th when leaving the dealership after signing all the finance papers the vehicle had a up being a nightmare. I bought a “certified pre own on August 29th when leaving the dealership after signing all the finance papers the vehicle had a terrible clunking noise. Texted the salesman right away he said no worries it’s certified bring it back after the holiday. I bring my vehicle back after Labor Day with several other concerns by then after driving it the 3 days and Jim the service advisor said they fixed the sway bar and nothing else came up on the diagnostic so my concerns were not addressed brought it back again to be told the same thing, finally after trying to take it to another dealer since it was “certified” they finally wanted to help which I think ended up being because it was in fact not certified, no dealership nor the customer care for Chevy could find it being certified. On September 29th I dropped my vehicle back off on October 8th I get a call from service telling me my transmission is being rebuilt among all the other things I had previously raised concerns about. After speaking with the sales manager Wayne and telling him how uncomfortable I felt buying a vehicle for almost $25k with a rebuilt transmission and if there was anything that could be done he insisted on waiting for the vehicle to be done so on October 18th he called to say it was done and they would offer to buy it back for $22k, no other option or incentive. I owned my vehicle for 6 weeks and of those 6 weeks they had it more than 3 weeks, I never even got the registration for my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend them and stay away at all cost, save your time and protect your hard earned money because this dealership is not after customers they’re after money More
