Roberto Perez and staff were great. When we arrived Roberto was waiting outside and the vehicle was already out front ready for a test drive. It was the exact vehicle my son wanted but When we arrived Roberto was waiting outside and the vehicle was already out front ready for a test drive. It was the exact vehicle my son wanted but we were looking at a couple of options to make sure that was the one he was going to purchase. Roberto was great showing us the other options but in the end my son went with the first option. Here are my few things that are minor and they can do better with. The length of time it takes to purchase a vehicle. We were there for hours. For about six hours to be exact. To me that’s way too long. Dealerships need to do better. We live four hours away and it was a long day. My two main complains are the presentation of the truck when we arrived and when we left. When we arrived, there was a huge spiderweb on the truck from the back of the truck to the truck bed. It was not cleaned when we got there. If you’re going to present a truck to a customer you should have the truck at least cleaned enough to present that truck. Then they detailed it because we were purchasing the truck and it was not detailed correctly. There was stuff stuck to the side and to me if a customer is purchasing a vehicle you should detail it properly. My last complaint was we were tired and had been there all day and ready to go home. It was still raining, and there was no mats in the truck. We asked Roberto he called somebody we had to go and look for mats. All of this should’ve been done for when we were ready to leave. We made the best out of the day and my son is very happy with his new truck. Again Roberto and the staff we dealt with were great. More
