My experience at with this dealership sales people was Very depressing and a complete waste of time. My interest was in a 2021 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA, for which there were numerous opportunities to let me know Very depressing and a complete waste of time. My interest was in a 2021 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA, for which there were numerous opportunities to let me know by text or email that this vehicle was already sold before I arrived at the dealership. Once I was there my interest was manipulated into another car - 2021 CT4 sport. After test drive I was told again that the vehicle is temporarily unavailable. The next day I received call from Richard who claimed he is one of the sales managers, also the GSM called too, only to basically repeat what his two salespeople did all over again. Actions is a believable testimony of true apology. More

The quality of workmanship, or lack thereof, of a visit to a Cadillac dealership in Clearwater led me to Ed Morse. First and foremost, keeping me informed is THE best start of keeping me satisfied. Hei to a Cadillac dealership in Clearwater led me to Ed Morse. First and foremost, keeping me informed is THE best start of keeping me satisfied. Heidi did a phenomenal job in doing this with a daily update. Once she and the team identified the problem, they acted as quickly as possible to resolve. This is where Matt stepped up. After his technicians completed the work, he came to me and explained what they had done and he would now do a test drive. After his test drive, he came back to me and explained HE wasn't satisfied. His next words were music to my ears. He says to me, "if I'm not satisfied, I know you won't be." That simple gesture. That level of attention to detail. That personal touch won me over 10-fold! As a previous ownership of Audi's, a Mercedes and Ford (current owner as well), never has a service manager made such a statement; never! He capped it off by voluntarily giving me his card with the caveat, "if you have any problems, some see me." I'm truly appreciative of his professionalism. He's a Certified Master Technician for good reason! So to both Heidi and Matt, thank you for very much for such a positive and satisfying experience. You've definitely earned my business! More
