I recently leased a Chevy and overall had a great experience. Henry, my salesperson, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy and enjoyabl experience. Henry, my salesperson, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. John, the Assistant General Manager, was also great to work with and went above and beyond to help. Even after I picked up the car, they both answered the phone right away whenever I had questions, which really stood out and showed their commitment to excellent customer service. The only negative part of my experience was with Mr. Lee in the finance department. He rushed us through signing our paperwork without explaining anything clearly, which made the process stressful. While back at Henry's desk, I shared my concerns with him, he immediately apologized for Mr. Lee’s behavior and kindly went over the details of my lease with me. Mr. Lee also repeatedly tried to get us to open a GMC credit card even after we declined several times. When we were finished, he threw my check on the table and told me it wasn’t “clear enough” before walking away. It honestly almost ruined the deal for me, which was disappointing given how wonderful everyone else was. Overall, I’d still recommend the dealership thanks to Henry and John, they truly made the experience positive despite the frustration in finance. More
