dealership for the last couple of days after doing a financial application online in hopes to purchase a vehicle that I wanted (2019 white dodge charger R/T). I told the dealership customer service rep how much I had to put down and what I can afford to pay a month for the vehicle. I did the finance application online and received a called by this dealership (office sales rep) stating that my credit qualified me for the car but then learned later that the General Manager, Victor Lopez who stated to me that I would have to put $2000 more down on the vehicle in order to get it after I later learned that his finance department did “shotgunning” to my credit report, therefore it lowered my credit score to where I would not be able to purchase a vehicle at any other car dealership. I called back furious that I had been taken for a ride like this. In other words, this was their way of locking the deal with them and no one else. Victor kept telling me he was going to call me back, he is on the phone with the banks trying to negotiate a better price. I asked for Mr. Krause the owner, Victor told me that he was in Georgia and that he never comes to the location. So, after he stated that I would have to bring more money in, Victor then passed me on to another sale rep named Ralph who stated that he was a priest and began telling me that based on my credit he cannot put me in the cars I wanted due to my credit score that they dropped “40 points.” He then tried to sell me a car that was more that the original car I tried to purchase, after he referred to me as being “bougie”.
I explained to Ralph, that I am a registered nursing student and I work in a medical office. I work hard for my money and I should be able to purchase and get what I want without being judged (Matthew 7:1). It is so much more to this horrible experience and at the end of the day I still do not have a car. I really want to speak with the owner of this car dealership.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this transaction.
At the time of purchase, all pricing, terms, and financial obligations were reviewed in detail before any documents were signed. You, the customer, voluntarily signed the completed paperwork, acknowledging full understanding and acceptance of the vehicle price, financing terms, and contractual obligations.
Following delivery, our team made multiple good‑faith efforts to address concerns and explore possible in‑house solutions. Unfortunately, no dealership error or misrepresentation was found, and the contract accurately reflects the agreed‑upon terms at the time of sale.
We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and buyer’s remorse can occur. However, dissatisfaction after delivery does not negate a legally executed agreement nor does it indicate improper conduct by our finance department. Our finance professionals are highly trained and strive to provide clear and transparent explanations to every customer.
We regret that you feel dissatisfied, but we respectfully stand by the professionalism of our team and the validity of the signed contract. We remain available to answer questions or provide clarification regarding the agreement, but the transaction was completed appropriately and in accordance with all applicable guidelines.
