was made couldn't get me off the lot fast enough. Example: speed limiter button was activate, I couldn't go over 20 mph after leaving lot. Came bac

All weather floor mats were not in car, my wife caught the error. Sales manager sent email for any concern, I responded by leaving email and voice mail - no return. Going to another dealership for orientation. Not impressed with my experience at Owings Mills BMW.
